Dr. Bruce Chalmer is an esteemed couples therapist based in Vermont and author of the relationship guide, Reigniting the Spark. He loves this Apple Honey Challah, which his wife makes every year for Rosh Hashanah (the Jewish New Year). It is round, symbolizing the cycle of the seasons, and sweet, symbolizing a wish for a sweet new year. It’s actually one of his wife Judy Alexander’s favorite recipes to make, and one of his favorites to eat!
