Brad Thor’s Forthcoming Scot Harvath Thriller, ‘Rising Tiger,’ to Publish Early

We always get excited when we hear that there is another Scot Harvath thriller in the works, and apparently Brad Thor’s publisher can’t wait to get the upcoming Rising Tiger in readers’ hot hands either.
Originally slated to hit store shelves and e-readers this summer on July 12, Thor tweeted to fans that now the book is going to be released a week ahead of time on July 5, just in time for many Americans’ summer vacation!
Since Thor’s publisher, Atria/Emily Bestler Books, hasn’t sent us an advanced reader copy just yet (hint! hint!), here’s what we can tell you about the book thus far.
This time out, America’s top spy, Scot Harvath, must face off with the USA’s most formidable foe, the country one administration after another has refused to engage with. But delaying the inevitable is no longer an option, so it is time for Harvath to get to work.
As Thor’s longtime readers already know, there isn’t much that Scot can’t handle. But even he is out of his depth with this assignment. He’s tossed into the middle of a culture he doesn’t understand, where danger lurks at every turn, with only a few allies he can trust.
Nevertheless, Scot knows that the fate of the free world weighs on his shoulders and he must do everything in his power to thwart a deadly agenda and save democracy for near certain doom.
Sounds like Thor’s vision board took on a life of its own as he was plotting this storyline! But that only means we’ll be biting our nails like we always do, eager to see how Harvath saves the day yet again. We can’t wait!
