Over the years, Jathan & Heather Fink have become synonymous with delicious food and delightful hospitality. Whether they’ve pulled out all the stops and created a banquet of mouth-watering dishes fit for a king or simply whipped together a last-minute menu of comfort food favorites, their guests always praise their culinary creations and clamor for more. Now they’re excited to share their favorite recipes, stories and more with you and your family!

Jathan is an award-winning journalist and multimedia personality whose work has appeared on television, radio, in print and online. When he isn’t in the kitchen, he divides his time between writing, working as owner and president of Jadeworks Entertainment, and volunteering with his favorite charities. A California native, he grew up in Arkansas where he worked with some of the South’s best cooks and developed his own culinary style based on spicy Southern, Cajun and Tex-Mex cuisine.

Heather is a librarian who loves to introduce the wonderful world of books to the next generation of readers. Growing up, she learned her culinary techniques with the help of her mother, grandmother and her diverse group of matronly friends. A Pennsylvania native, she grew up in Michigan and Ohio where she learned the art of feeding a big crowd on a tiny budget. Her adventurous spirit and wanderlust have taken her around the globe and give her culinary repertoire an international flavor.
